Having developed campaigns over twenty years for some of the world’s biggest brands and retailers (Coca-Cola, Unilever, Waitrose) in marketing communications agencies, Paul moved client-side to LEGO in 2016, initially in shopper marketing before taking up the retail challenge in 2019. Leading the strategic development of Lego’s retail concepts offering globally, both in their retail stores and across their partners’ estates.
