Jasmine Perera (Past Speaker)

Jasmine Perera is the Head of Operations for The Retail Performance Company UK. Jasmine has held this position for the last two years and was the first member of the UK office which was established February 2016. Prior to this Jasmine has had extensive experience within both L&D and the motor industry starting as a motor finance Underwriter to heading up the Product, Brand, Sales and Events training team within the BMW Group Academy. With her passion for people engagement and development Jasmine is currently working towards her Professional accreditation with the ICF as a Professional Coach.
