Melissa is Head of Digital Product Development for the omni-channel digital customer experiences for Sainsbury’s Argos. Previously, Melissa has been VP of engineering for product management and search for Sears Online and a Technical Product Architect for Microsoft. Melissa sits on the Sainsbury’s Argos Women in Technology panel and was a finalist for Woman of the Year at the Women in IT awards.
